Tubecon Laser is a plate laser cutting company, started in 2013 as a sister company of Tubecon Africa, with both companies situated on the same premises in Pretoria, Gauteng. We might still be a young company, but with Tubecon Africa's experience of more than 30 years in the steel industry we do not stand back for any company in the laser cutting industry. In the past few years we have grown at a tremendous speed.

For more than 30 years Tubecon has been a leading steel tube and profile manufacturer in the Southern African market. The company started out in 1977 manufacturing sockets, bends, clamps and similar attributes. We entered the steel tube and hollow section market not long after the start-up of the company. We started off only by conversion on draw benches and at a later stage moved to manufacturing welded steel tube on ERW tube mills from strip.

The steel tubing division has since become Tubecon's main activity. Over the years Tubecon added various items and materials to our product range, including lip- and open channels, precision drawn items, special open and closed profiles. Tubecon acts as a manufacturer and stockholder, maintaining high quantities of stock availability. Due to the high quantities kept in stock, Tubecon is known for our exceptional lead-time.

Tubecon has always evaluated the steel industry successfully to determine customer needs and decided to start the sister company Tubecon Laser.
